I just wanted to take a moment to talk to you about the service of one of your drivers. I thought you would like to know that you should be proud of the driver on my route as he seems to be a good representative of your company!

I wish I knew his name! When he was filling the tank one of our dogs was barking at him through the window wanting to go out and play with him. He must have heard him as when he left the bill on my door he also placed a dog treat in the envelope for the dog. We feel that was going the extra step in customer satisfaction. We wanted to let you know just how good one of your drivers reflects on your company.

The past few years have been difficult for me - the loss of my husband, my nephew, my sister, my health issues, other issues, and of course, money problems.  I had to accept fuel assistance and I can't begin to tell you how much help I have received from your Nancy.  Her caring, flawless service helped guide me through some rough times.  She is a super person, a friend, and I am sure you find her an asset to your company.  I think she is a special person.
