When we bought our condo in East Hampstead this summer we also bought a new gas dryer. The major appliance dealer offered to have their people install it but we felt more comfortable with a company that we knew we could call on if there were any problems.
Your technician was terrific.
Not only did he manage to hook everything up in a small confined space and answered all of our questions, but he also did a gas check on all the appliances in our house. My wife really appreciated that he adjusted the gas burners on the stove so things now cook better.
He also discovered that our gas fireplace did not function correctly. After contacting the dealer, they installed a new unit.
He showed me the emergency shut off value for our unit and how to operate it correctly. When he left we both felt that here was a company that actually cared about its customers, one that you could call on in the event of a problem.
If all your service technicians are as good as this one, you really do have a great company.

Recently we had a number of service people from Palmer Gas at our home during a heating system conversion from oil to propane. This required the installation of tanks, running lines, as well as the final pressure testing to bring the system up. While I don't recall all of the names of the people involved, I wanted you to know how please we are; not only the quality of their work, but their professionalism, their politeness, and their patience with our crazy questions. The three individuals involved in this process are a great asset to your business. As you can imagine, we had some uncertainty concerning the overall process, but your team did a fabulous job in getting things done and making things right!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to talk to you about the service of one of your drivers. I thought you would like to know that you should be proud of the driver on my route as he seems to be a good representative of your company!
I wish I knew his name! When he was filling the tank one of our dogs was barking at him through the window wanting to go out and play with him. He must have heard him as when he left the bill on my door he also placed a dog treat in the envelope for the dog. We feel that was going the extra step in customer satisfaction. We wanted to let you know just how good one of your drivers reflects on your company.
