Our service technicians are cross trained to service both propane & fuel oil equipment. They have attend numerous continuing education programs, 180 hours of oil burner technician schooling, are CETP trained and most are NORA Silver Certified, the industry standard for licensing, if NH adopts oil burner licensing.

New Hampshire's best 24-hour emergency service is available. To give you qualified and expedient service, our service techs are continuously trained and have years of experience. There is someone on call 24 hours a day, in case you need emergency service. For your convenience, we also sell, install and service gas appliances and gas and fuel oil heating systems.

All work performed during regular business hours will be billed at the day rate. Nights, weekends and holidays will be billed at the overtime rate. There is a minimum charge of one-hour for all service calls. After one-hour of service, labor is billed at ¼ hour increments. We maintain an extensive inventory to keep your heating systems running properly. In the rare case, your appliance needs a specialty part or unusual part that is not in our stocked inventory, and you request it to be fixed on the same day we may apply a special trip charge to the service call if we need to travel to a supply house to purchase the needed part.
